Open City Cruise
Line-up begins at 4:30 p.m. in Columbia Park, Kennewick.
Cruise leaves at 5 p.m. and ends at the Richland Dairy Queen, 1313 Jadwin Ave.
Reserved parking at Dairy Queen for cruising participants only from 7-9 p.m.
